Crafting Process:
- Made with Siria and Fernão Pires grapes, blending their freshness and aromatic qualities.
- Grapes undergo careful destemming and gentle pressing into stainless steel vats.
- After 24 hours of natural decantation, spontaneous fermentation occurs at low temperatures without skin contact.
